Casa Tranquila is a lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home located in a private, gated community with 24/7 security. There is plenty of parking for 2 vehicles. The spacious primary suite is separated from the main living area by a covered patio with laundry room and enjoys a balcony overlooking the plunge pool and babbling brook. There is a dedicated workspace and private bathroom with a large shower. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Both showers have hot water. A/C in all bedrooms. Pull-out couch located in living room. Sliding doors throughout the house provide a wonderful indoor/outdoor airflow. The kitchen is well-furnished and boasts many windows for natural light. We strive to provide a home away from home that embraces local building styles while providing numerous amenities and comfort. We hope you love our comfortable Tico cottage as much as we do!
Other Details to Note
There are 4 outdoor security cameras: outside the front door, viewing the parking area, overlooking the patio, and overlooking the back yard. They have a motion activated light to help guests see in the dark as an additional safety precaution. You may notice that the home is built in such a way as to allow airflow through the walls to help regulate the temperature during dry season. This is a lovely Tico cabin bridging a true Costa Rican experience with all the amenities we can include. Relax and enjoy your rainforest adventure! Pura vida!
